Durango Hot Springs
After a complete remodel of the grounds, The Durango Hot Springs Spa & Resort was ready to update their brand and marketing.
Their goal was to reflect the updates to their facilities and offerings made by the new owners and relaunch their name in the four corners area. Announcing themselves as a year-round tourist destination as well as a wellness getaway option for locals. Our main objectives were to show the healing properties of the clean, mineral rich spring waters and to show the resort as both family friendly and peaceful. The tangible markers for the success of our strategy were an increase in purchased memberships and reservations.
As part of the team at BCI Media, I worked as lead designer on their rebrand; establishing a fresh style guide with updated typography, color ways, ad layouts, and social media templates. For their new presence, both online and in print, I rebranded marketing campaigns, did photo editing, brainstormed with copy writers, and collaborated with our development team on the website design.
